About Grail Quest...

Grail Quest began as a summative project for a grade 12 computer science course in 2008. Due to the success of the project, Grail Quest was kept alive and is still under constant renovation and construction even today.

Grail Quest is written in a Pascal based computer language called Turing, created by Holt Software Associates. The game code currently exceeds 6000 lines, although this can be reduced to increase efficiency.

Grail Quest is set to be recoded in Java in the near future to increase the improvements that can be made to the game, as well as allow it to be played in-browser, and to increase its marketability. Common, frequent, updates include the addition of new locations, characters, and features.
